with a sweeping view down the Roseau River valley and across to the mountains.
Dine on fresh-caught fish, prawns or chicken prepared Creole-style with all the fabled spices of our island's rich cultural heritage.
Sample exotic fruits and vegetables from the endless bounty of
Dominica's organic gardens. Drink fresh
fruit juices, island-brewed Kubuli beer, or our
special "Papillote" rum punch. The Rainforest Restaurant is open seven days a week for our guests, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are also open to the public for lunch and dinner by reservation.
